1. Points Value

1 Points = 1 US Dollar (USD)

• For Customer: Points will only be used for purchases, no cash value exchanged
• For Designer: Designer who join our Designer Partnership, can withdraw their points to cash

Expriration time of Points

Expiration time on points assigned to users: 180 days

After 180 days, the point will be expired and automatically minus in customer’s total points

2. Earning Points And Rewards

2.1. Points for each purchase

• For each 100 USD purchase – Customers will get 5 Points = 5 USD.
• Sale products will not assign points.
• Receive points when Payment Completed.

2.2. Points for making review

Assign points to users that leave a product review

1 Review = 2 points (2 US Dollars)

2.3. Points for Total amount spent

• Points to assign per amount of order reached $500, customer will get 10 points
• Points to assign per amount of order reached $1000, customer will get 25 points
• Points to assign per amount of order reached $2000, customer will get 60 points

For example:

15th Feb 2021: You made an order cost $300

04th March 2021: You make another order cost $200, so Your Total amount spent = $300+$200=$500, and you will get 10 points

30th March 2021: You make another order cost $500, so Your Total amount spent = $300+$200+$500=$1000, and you will get 25 points

2.4. Points for Total amount spent

Customer can earn point for total amount spent in cart, when it reach:

Reach $500 > Get 5 points

Reach $1000 > Get 12 points

Reach $2000 > Get 30 points

2.5. Points for new user registration

Points to assign to new users = 10 points = 10 USD

2.6. Points for customers’ birthday

Points to assign per birthday = 10 points = 10 USD

3. Delete & Remove Points

• Remove earned points when an order is cancelled
• Reassign the redeemed points to a customer when an order is refunded. For example, you have 10 points, you used it for making an order and after that, we refund your order for some reasons, 10 points will come back to your account
• Remove points when applying a total or partial refund of the order
• Do not assign points to the full order amount if a coupon is used. Custoemr will not earn points on a full order amount if use a coupon. Instead they will only earn points on the amount minus the coupon discount. For example: order total $110 minus $10 coupon discount, so customer will earns points on $100 order value only cost, = 5 points = $5
• Do not assign points to orders in which customer is redeeming points.
