Shipment Information:

• If your items are in stock and you place your order by 12pm EST on a business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), they will be shipped the following business day.

• In the event that the items are not currently in stock, they will be shipped as soon as they become available.

• Please note that all orders are subject to review, which may impact the estimated shipping times.

Standard Shipping Information:

• Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
• If you reside in a rural area, please allow an additional 3 business days for your package to arrive.
• Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Micronesia, and the US Virgin Islands may take up to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
• For non-continental US territories and APO addresses, shipments will be sent via USPS and will not have order tracking available.
• Deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be handled by the US Postal Service.
• Online, telephone, or Pick a Brick orders will automatically receive free delivery.

Shipping Costs:

• For orders up to $25.00, the delivery fee is $4.95.
• For orders ranging from $25.01 to $35.00, the delivery fee is $6.95.

*Please note that qualifying purchases must meet or exceed the specified threshold value in merchandise only. Charges or the value of gift cards purchased will not contribute to the merchandise total.

Express Shipping & Express Saver:

Please refer to the table provided at the end of this section for detailed information on our Express shipping costs.

• Express Shipping ensures delivery within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
• Express Saver guarantees delivery within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
• All orders will be shipped via UPS.
• Unfortunately, Saturday delivery is not available at this time.
• We are pleased to offer express shipping for pre-ordered items as well. Pre-orders will be shipped starting from their availability date.
• Please be aware that there is a surcharge of $12.50 for Express service to Alaska and Hawaii.

Pre-orders and Backorders:

• Backorder items are currently out of stock but can still be ordered. They will be shipped once more stock arrives at our warehouse.
• Pre-orders refer to sets that are upcoming and not yet released. Despite their unavailability, you can still place an order for them.
• Shipping dates for pre-order and backordered items can be found on the respective product page, in your shopping bag, and in the order summary during checkout.
• As soon as the items become available, they will be shipped, and you will receive an email notification once your order has left our warehouse.
• If you have ordered additional items along with your pre-order or backordered item, they may be shipped separately.
• Any free or promotional items you qualify for will be shipped along with the next available items in your order.
• To stay updated on the progress of your order, you can easily check your order status by visiting the provided link.

Shipping & Service Delays:

The specified shipment dates are estimated based on our carriers’ schedules. In the event that you reside in an area currently affected by unforeseen service disruptions such as severe weather, natural disasters, or unexpected events, please be aware that there might be additional shipping time required to receive your order. We appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.

Gift Orders:

When ordering a gift for your children or friends, we prioritize keeping your secret safe!

• Each order is carefully packaged in a plain box, ensuring that the contents remain undisclosed. You have the option to provide a specific “Ship To” address, such as a relative’s house or workplace.
• If you have chosen to have the gift delivered to an address different from your billing address, the package will not include any pricing or billing details. We understand that the delivery is intended as a gift for the recipient.
• Rest assured that the pricing information will be included in your shipping confirmation email for your reference.

Order Cancellations:

You have the option to cancel your order as long as it has not reached the ‘In Warehouse’ status. To track the progress of your order, you can visit your account page.

In the case where your order consists solely of pre-order or backorder items, you can cancel it up to 5 business days prior to the estimated delivery date. If you missed the cancellation window, you can still return the item for a full refund.

Tracking Your Package:

If you have provided your email address, we will send you a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain a tracking number for all orders except those shipped via USPS. You can use the tracking number to track your package on the appropriate shipping carrier’s website.
